Public Hearing, discussion, deliberation and possible decision to adopt Resolution Number 08-003, A Resolution Requesting the Nye County Board of County Commissioners approve the draft ordinance to add Chapter 18.20, An Ordinance Amending Nye County Code Title 18 by Adding Chapter 18.20 to Define the Process and Requirements for Designated Shooter Sites within Amargosa Valley and other matter properly related thereto.

Action - Set date and time for a Public Hearing on Resolution 08-004, Amargosa Valley Town Advisory Board Resolution to Request the Board of County Commissioners of Nye County to Approve an Ordinance to modify County Code to Remove section 9.20.125 and to Move the Contents of that section to Title 18, Chapter 18.28. and other matters properly related thereto.

Action - Set date and time for a Public Hearing on Resolution 08-005, Amargosa Valley Town Advisory Board Resolution to Request the Board of County Commissioners of Nye County to Approve an Ordinance to modify County Code Title 18 to add Chapter 18.24, Prohibit the Importation or Use of Septage or Sewer Sludge in the Unincorporated Township of Amargosa Valley and other matters properly related thereto.
    3. Action - Set date and time for a Public Hearing on Resolution 08-006, Amargosa Valley Town Advisory Board Resolution to approve the Management Agreement for the Alamo Fireworks Shooter Site and other matters properly related thereto.
